Our story
Sahw is Arabic for a clear sky — what you see from the bottom of the glass as you tip it back for the last sip: the rim, a blue sky and a sun rising out of the coffee. That is where we started, and where the name comes from.

From bean to glass
We taste every crop before it goes near the roaster. If it doesn’t shine cold, we don’t serve it.
Small batches every week, light to medium, for a sweetness that holds up to ice.
Weight, time and temperature for every glass — and ice made from filtered water, so it never changes the taste.
